How fast will Helium42 reply?

Every enquiry gets a response within one working day. Messages received during UK office hours (09:00 to 17:30 BST) usually get a same-day reply from a founder.

Do I need to prepare anything for the first call?

No formal brief required. A short description of your business, the AI use cases you are considering, and where you feel stuck is enough. If you already have an internal document, share it when you book and we will read it beforehand.

Is Helium42 a fit for smaller teams or startups?

Our typical engagement is with mid-market companies of 50 to 5,000 employees, but smaller teams are welcome when there is a clear strategic fit. The 30 minute discovery call is the fastest way to find out either way at no cost.

Can we sign an NDA before talking?

Yes. Send your NDA when you book the call and we will countersign before we speak. We also have a standard mutual NDA available on request if that is faster for your legal team.

What does a Helium42 engagement actually look like?

Three phases over 12 to 24 weeks. Phase 1 Discovery and Education runs 2 to 4 weeks. Phase 2 Build and Integrate runs 6 to 12 weeks. Phase 3 Scale and Own runs 4 to 8 weeks. 95% of clients independently operate their AI system within 90 days of project completion. Full detail under methodology.

Which languages does Helium42 work in?

English and German fluently across every engagement. Documentation, workshops, and asynchronous communication can run in either language depending on your team. Most internal artefacts default to English unless requested otherwise.
