How does the lead-registration exclusivity work?

Once a partner registers an end-client through the partner portal, that client is exclusively theirs. Helium42 will never sell direct to that client. The exclusivity is documented in the Founding Partner agreement alongside the IP-transfer clause, which assigns the brand voice document, persona library, asset library, and content calendar back to the partner agency on contract end.

What happens to my client’s IP if I leave the program?

Every per-client asset transfers to the partner agency on contract end. The brand voice document, the buyer persona library, the asset library, and the 3-month content calendar all belong to the partner. The IP transfer is documented in the Founding Partner agreement under the Lead Registration and IP Protection Lock clause, valued at £5,000 per contract.
