What does the AI Sales Workshop cover?

Four modules over four hours: business context, AI sales strategy (lead scoring, prospecting, follow-up automation), practical implementation (tools, prompts, CRM integration), and a 90-day action plan. The full curriculum is described above.

Who should attend the workshop?

VP Sales, Sales Directors, Heads of Sales, CROs, and BDR/AE leads at B2B mid-market companies (50 to 5,000 employees). We recommend two to four stakeholders per organisation, ideally the sales leader plus a sales-ops or RevOps lead.

How long is the workshop and where does it take place?

Four hours, in-person at our London office (80A Uxbridge Road, W12 8LR). Maximum 8 participants per cohort so every team gets working time with the founders. Hamminkeln-based cohorts available on request.

How much does the AI Sales Workshop cost?

GBP 3,500 plus VAT per participant at the standard rate. The Pioneer Programme rate is GBP 2,500 plus VAT for a limited number of seats per cohort. Both rates include pre-workshop preparation, the four-hour session, and a 90-day action plan delivered within one week.

Will AI replace our sales team's relationship-driven deals?

No. The workshop is built around augmentation, not replacement. AI handles the volume and admin layer of B2B sales — research, sequencing, CRM hygiene, lead scoring — so your team can spend more time on the conversations that close. We show you exactly which workflows are good fits for AI and which are not.

What AI sales tools will we work with?

Tool-agnostic. We map your current sales stack first, then bring in the AI tools that fit, typically frontier large language models (Claude, GPT, Gemini), purpose-built sales AI, your existing CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable), and where relevant our own Salesman Sam pre-built solution. You leave with a tool decision framework, not a vendor pitch.

How AI shows up in our own workshop.

  • Pre-workshop research. We use AI tools to summarise your public web presence and benchmark your sector. Findings are reviewed by a founder before the workshop.
  • Workshop materials. Slide drafts and handouts are AI-assisted and human-edited; every claim and statistic is human-verified before release.
  • Post-workshop deliverables. The 90-day plan is drafted with AI assistance and refined by hand before we send it. You always get a named author.
  • Compliance posture. Helium42 follows the EU AI Act (Article 50 transparency obligations, effective 2 August 2026) and the UK ICO 2025 guidance on AI in marketing and sales. We do not train external models on workshop participants’ data.
